Seymour Dairy Products takes great pride in crafting very unique artisan Blue Veined Cheeses. The Company has a fresh take on traditions rooted in the legacies of fine European cheesemaking. Seymour Dairy Products was established in 2005, and has brought new life to the artisanal cheesemaking scene.
Seymour's Champion Cheesemaker and President, Mike Brennenstuhl, developed a signature line of Blue cheeses in cooperation with the University of Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research. Seymour's well rounded, excitable cheeses, were developed to lend themselves to the distinguished palate of specialty cheese connoisseurs everywhere.
Our product line features a range of taste bud pleasing personalities. From the smooth and mild earthy flavors of Ader Käse, the fresh pasture grazed flavor of Crocker Hills Organic, the truly mouthwatering dolce Gorgonzola, to the creamy and lively Blue Crest Blue, and the well developed sweet flavor of Ader Käse Reserve, a Blue carefully aged 6 months to maturation.
Seymour has forged its place in the heart of the specialty cheese market through its landmark sales into the foodservice industry. An industry that is not typically identified for its appreciation of specialty items.
